We love our van! Our demo crew is logging some serious time on these crazy roads. Thank god we have drivers because there seems to be very little, if any, traffic enforcement. The motorcyclist are brave and most are not wearing helmets.

Ok, so I’m grateful to on this trip to Dominican Republic, but it’s kinda a mess right now. Day 1 included visiting a landing zone that was “interesting” to say the least. Talks about not having a permit and not really sure about what plane(s) we will be using was circling around the group. We went to look at our jump plane options and I am not really sure we have that sorted.
I always have this dream, whenever I should be waking up but I’m sleeping late, that I’m gonna miss my flight on an out of country trip. I had it this morning. Today I’m leaving for Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic to do a demo jump for the next likely to be president of DR.
So I finally crossed over from my Sony cx 110 to the GoPro Hero 2. I’m loving it. For a short while before, I was using a Contour. That was badass because of the quality. I wasn’t sure about the mountability, and eventually I lost it because it was side mounted. F*cker! [..]
